Please Note:
Only 10 bedroom configurations during the highest demand dates: Easter, Thanksgiving, Holiday Season (Christmas and NYE), Spring Break, 4th of July, President’s Day, Memorial Day.
Staff Upgrade Rates include two dedicated waiters and two chefs per meal to ensure a flowless and faster service.
Reservation Details:
- Options to reserve the entire house with 10 bedrooms or choose from 8, 6, or 4-bedroom variations.
- All rates are nightly and in USD and do not include 13% sales tax. Rates vary based on Season.
- Nightly rates do not include ground and air transfers, lunch or dinner, groceries, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tours, spa treatments, yoga classes, or a 7% gratuity.
- Maximum villa occupancy: 23 guests for lodging; 40 people for events (event fee may apply).
- The minimum stay during Wildlife Season and High Season is 5 nights; for the Holiday Season, it is 7 nights.
- A security deposit and signed rental agreement are required for every booking.
- All reservations must be prepaid in advance.
- Cancellation policy: we accept cancellations up to 30 days (Wildlife Season), 60 days (High Season), and 90 days (Holiday Season). Once paid in full, reservations canceled or adjusted before 30 days will receive a credit, valid to use within one year of the original date of stay; any cancellation or change to the reservation requested later than 30 days will be fully charged.
